Customer Spotlight - Prateek

" I have been using the Legion V4 for 2+ years now and inline is my brief review -

Starting from the first contact, I got a call from Azom, we discussed about an hour on my requirements. Got all the major queries answered on the call, the small queries then went over the email.

Finally I decided to go with the build they recommended. My workloads revolve around coding and AAA Gaming.

Build Log -

Barebone - X 170KM

Cpu - Intel i7-11700K (Unlocked Desktop Grade CPU)

Gpu - Nvidia 3070 8GB MXM

Ram - 32GB (1 x 32GB) DDR4

Ssd - 1TB NVMe Gen 4

Os - Windows 10 Pro OEM

The build took around 2 weeks to be built and delivered.

Coming to the laptop performance, the best ones about this are the thermals. They do tune the system , but you can push the system further if you know a bit on overclocking and clocks and v-core management.

Have tested multiple games on it now. No frame drops, no crazy high temps. The fans go to max in between and then quite down very much for most of the amount of time.

Pros -

Great Pre-sales & After Sales.

Desktop Grade Performance , Customization & Future Upgrade options.

Cons -

This is a pure desktop replacement. Battery life is more like a UPS. With light loads , you can stretch up to 2 hours. On heavy loads , you get around 30 Mins.

Bulky with dual power adapters.

One nice plus I would like to iterate is that these guys are really approachable and provide very relevant consultation and solutions without beating around the bush.

So far this a refreshing experience considering the support experience I faced with few branded laptop support channels.

All in all, I’m loving the performance it maintains while maintaining the temperatures way too lower than other options available. " - Prateek Chaturvedy

This concludes Prateek's Customer Spotlight. We would like to thank him again for choosing Azom for his compute requirements.

Wishing him all the best for his future endeavors.
